1. About these terms
These terms apply between you and DB GROWS (“DB GROWS”, “we”, “us”), a Registered MSME (Udyam) based in Mohali, Punjab, India. They cover your use of dbgrows.com and the services we provide. A signed proposal, quotation or statement of work (“Quotation”) may add project-specific terms; if it conflicts with these terms, the Quotation wins for that project.
2. Clients in New Zealand
All billing and payments for clients in New Zealand are handled by our business partner TechnoSavvy. For New Zealand engagements, TechnoSavvy's terms and conditions apply, and they take priority over these terms where the two differ. Invoices for New Zealand clients are issued by and payable to our partner.
3. Our services
We provide digital services including social media management, website and app development, data migration, automation, email marketing, analytics and related consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in your Quotation. Descriptions and prices on this website are for general information and are not an offer until confirmed in a Quotation.
4. Quotations, prices and taxes
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are in the currency shown on the Quotation or invoice. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are added where required by law.
- Work outside the agreed scope is charged separately after we agree it with you in writing.
5. Payments
- Payments in Indian Rupees can be made through Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe; international payments through Stripe; or by bank transfer as shown on your invoice.
- Unless your Quotation says otherwise, an advance payment is required before work starts, and the balance is due on delivery or as per the agreed milestones.
- Monthly services (such as social media management) are billed in advance for each month.
- When you pay on our Pay Online page, please pay only the amount agreed with us and quote your invoice or quotation number.
- Card, UPI and bank details are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store them.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is received. Timelines will move accordingly.
- Please contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute — most issues can be solved quickly.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, information, approvals and account access we need, on time.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos or materials you give us to use.
- Review deliverables and give feedback within the agreed time.
Delays in receiving what we need may change the delivery timeline.
7. Delivery, revisions and acceptance
We deliver our services digitally, as described in our Service Delivery Policy. Your Quotation states how many revision rounds are included. A deliverable is treated as accepted when you approve it, use it publicly, or do not raise any issue within 7 days of delivery.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Intellectual property
- Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you.
- We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates, methods and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
- Third-party items such as fonts, stock images, plugins and software are licensed under their own terms.
- Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the work we did for you in our portfolio and marketing.
10. Third-party platforms
Many services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), app stores, domain registrars and hosting companies. Their own terms apply, and their fees and advertising spend are payable separately unless your Quotation includes them. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes, such as rejected ads or app store reviews.
11. No guaranteed results
We use our expertise to achieve the best possible results, but outcomes such as search rankings, followers, traffic, leads or sales depend on many factors outside our control. Unless your Quotation expressly guarantees a result, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
12. Confidentiality
Both of us will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the project, unless the information is already public or must be disclosed by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Ending a project
Either of us may end a project by giving written notice if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days. You may also cancel as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fees for work completed up to the end date remain payable.
15. Using this website
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
- We try to keep information on the website accurate but it may change without notice.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab have jurisdiction. For New Zealand engagements, the governing law and jurisdiction in TechnoSavvy's terms and conditions apply.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you accept a Quotation or make a payment applies to that purchase. Questions? Email support@dbgrows.com.
